With a commitment to operational excellence, safety, and cutting-edge technology, we are seeking a highly skilled Palantir Foundry Developer to join our growing team and help drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Developer to join our IT team working directly with key stakeholders to advance our flight operations systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in modern web development frameworks, enterprise application solutions, and a strong understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Palantir, etc). This role will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications that drive business efficiency and innovation.
As a, you will design, build, and optimize data pipelines, workflows, and analytics solutions within the Palantir Foundry platform. This role will be instrumental in enabling Bristow Group to harness the power of its operational, maintenance, and flight data to improve efficiency, safety, and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using React, JavaScript, and related frameworks.
• Build and customize business applications leveraging Microsoft PowerApps and the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, architect solutions, and deliver high-quality software and integrated solutions.
• Integrate applications with existing systems and ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
• Optimize application performance and scalability while ensuring the security of the system and data protection protocols are followed.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
• Document technical designs, workflows, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on:
• - React and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• - RESTful APIs and integration patterns
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and version control (Git).
• Strong understanding of data integration, modeling, and ETL/ELT best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong experience in UX/UI development, including mobility compatibility and component libraries like Material UI, Chakra UI, or Tailwind CSS
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience developing in, or working knowledge of Palantir Foundry (Code Workbooks, Ontology, Pipeline Builder, Contour, etc.) and AIP or similar enterprise data integration and analytics platforms.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Foundry transformation logic.
• Hands-on experience with developing and deploying Microsoft PowerApps and Power Platform tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and containerization (Docker, kubernetes).
• Knowledge of data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience integrating and applying AI/ML models into enterprise applications, including.
• Knowledge or experience in the transportation, logistics or aviation industry.
